I can still remember the first wedding I officiated back in 1978. It was the most challenging, and yet most rewarding experience I had ever experienced. Hi there Bill,
We've arrived safe and sound in Mudgee. Straight back to work, to be told that I have been laid off. Yes I know I should be upset, but you know I don't think anything could take away the joy I am still feeling after our magic wedding day.
All I can say Bill, is that you promised it would be a beautiful ceremony and you delivered!
Hamish told me you were fantastic with he and Adam and our parents. I'm sorry I was a bit vague when you popped in to see me before the ceremony, I was a little nervous. But I'm glad you did pop in to say "hello" as it put my mind at ease.
The ceremony itself was perfect. I have had so many compliments from our guests to say it suited us, and someone even said that we could have been the only people there... guests what guests! I'm sorry we kissed too early, but I think that was ok..!
